Update: Shortly after releasing this post Google confirmed that it is also slashing down the price to $350. So this sounds to be a permanent price cut.

While arguably nowhere nearly as impressive as the Nexus 5 was when it first debuted, the Nexus 5X is an interesting option for Nexus fans that are looking for something a bit smaller than the Nexus 6p and don’t mind making a few sacrifices when it comes to the spec sheet. At $379, it’s also fairly affordable, though in a world with devices like the OnePlus 2 and Moto X Pure, it’s price/value ratio may not be as compelling for those who don’t mind going with a bigger screen.

Interested but looking for a better deal? Daily Steals has your back, offering the phone for just $350 – around $30 off the original pricing. While the Nexus 5X was even cheaper during Black Friday, this is the best deal we’ve seen since.

As a quick refresher, the Nexus 5X is powered by a Snapdragon 808 with 2GB RAM and a  5.2-inch 1080p display. There’s also 16GB storage and a high-end camera that’s very similar to the one found in the 6p, which is considered by many to be one of the best cameras available in the Android world right now.
