To promote the Moto Maker production approach, Motorola released a commercial titled “The Maker.” A man sits down in front of his computer and gets right to work designing his Moto X. On the other end is a Motorola employee assembling the device. The customer goes back and forth between colors, engravings, and more as the Motorola employee moves swiftly to create the tailored handset. The end product is a well-made, self-satisfying Moto X.
