This was one of those puzzles where the mists cleared very rapidly for me after I found the first word.
‘Soft skills’ left me clueless as to what we were looking for, but the letters Q and X made for obvious starting points and helped me WEAVE my way to victory.
The only sticky spot could have been APPLIQUE, but unlike some of the other crafty words in the search it was relatively easy to make all the connections.
