Amazon slashes the price of the Blink Mini to a ridiculously low £9.99

If you’re looking to secure your home, or at least keep an eye on things while you’re away, there’s an incredibly cheap option right now. Today, you can buy the Blink Mini at Amazon for £9.99 (was £21.99), which equals its record low that we saw back at the end of 2025.

It’s the kind of price that makes me wonder if I need another camera at home, too. The Blink Mini only works indoors, but it’s perfect if you want to cover one particular room or you’re concerned about pets. I have one set up to keep an eye on my guinea pigs any time I’m travelling.

It’s simple to set up and use, while it provides instant peace of mind. You can even use it to talk to anyone in the room, although I’m not convinced my guinea pigs appreciate that feature.

Today’s best cheap security camera deal

The Blink Mini is simple to use and now ridiculously cheap, but it’s still packed with features. It offers a 1080p HD picture with motion detection, which is very accurate, along with two-way audio. You receive alerts on your smartphone anytime motion is detected, and you can use two-way audio to communicate with whoever is in the room.View Deal

Our Blink Mini review was a little critical of the need to pay for cloud storage and the lack of person detection, but for under £10, these feel like less relevant issues.

Crucially, it still offers crisp video quality, “solid night vision performance”, and a “comprehensive app.” Thanks to those features, it’s one of the best home security cameras for anyone on a budget.

As mentioned, I use mine to monitor my pets while I’m away from home. I’ve also seen people use it as an alternative to one of the best video doorbells, as you can place it on your front window to see who’s calling. It’s a very simple solution to any situation when you need to keep an eye on things.

If you want something more packed with features, there are some good home security camera deals around. Alternatively, if you want to switch up your doorbell, check out the Ring Video Doorbell deals available today.
