The answers to today’s Strands, game #666, are…

  • BELT
  • SHIRT
  • VEST
  • TROUSERS
  • JACKET
  • CUFFLINKS
  • SPANGRAM: SUITYOURSELF
  • My rating: Easy
  • My score: 1 hint

I’m classifying this as an easy game despite me needing a hint, as laziness ,rather than difficulty, was the reason behind my need for a helping hand.

Once I got BELT and understood the theme I was on my way to getting fully dressed.

That said, I did see SUIT and YOURSELF as non-game words before realizing that they fitted together!

Yesterday’s NYT Strands answers (Sunday, December 28, game #665)

  • SNIFFLE
  • SNEEZE
  • COUGH
  • WHEEZE
  • HACK
  • DRIP
  • SNORT
  • SPANGRAM: COLDSYMPTOM
