22 best deals from the Currys Boxing Day sale — save up to 40% on TVs, laptops, appliances, and more tech

In a move that will surprise no one, Currys has just launched a huge Boxing Day sale, featuring savings of up to 40% across TVs, laptops, appliances, games consoles, phones, smart home tech, and so much more. There are 1,000s of products to search through if you want to browse for yourself, but I’ve also taken a look and picked out the 22 best deals I’d buy over everything else.

• View the full Boxing Day sale at Currys

My top picks include some excellent value laptops, such as this premium and powerful Asus Vivobook 16 OLED for £599 (was £949), this budget-friendly Hisense E7Q 65-inch 4K QLED TV for £499 (was £599), and the well-rated and super-cheap Nespresso Vertuo Pop for £55 (was £99).

Currys states that the majority of these ‘Epic Deals’ will run through to the new year, although some may swap in and out (or sell out) over the next week or so. With that in mind, I wouldn’t hold off for too long if any of the tech on your shopping list is on offer here. We’re heading into a quiet sales period after January.

Currys Boxing Day sale – my top 22 deals

Here’s a quality and good value big screen TV from Hisense. The QLED displays ensure vibrant colours and excellent brightness, even in a brighter room, while 4K resolution support gives you top-tier picture quality. As far as large TVs go, this is one of the better options I’ve spotted in the Boxing Day sales that balances price and features really well if you’re on a tighter budget.View Deal

Currys has this best-selling Ninja appliance down to its record-low price for Black Friday. This extremely popular and best-selling air fryer is essentially a larger version of one we awarded five stars in our Ninja AF300UK review. It has six easy-to-use cooking functions and a large 9.5L capacity dual drawer setup, which can cook separate foods and sync timers to finish simultaneously.View Deal

This isn’t a big saving, but it’s a discount nonetheless on the latest Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle featuring Mario Kart World. Considering the console costs £395 by itself, you’re effectively getting a copy of Mario Kart World bundled in for just £14 – that’s a huge steal. I don’t anticipate there will be many more opportunities to save in the months ahead, and RAM prices could cause a price hike in the near-future, so now could be the best time to buy.View Deal

Amazon brought back a brand-new version of its Echo Spot smart clock recently, and it’s slashed £35 off the price for Boxing Day. That’s a new record-low price. As well as a time display and wake-up alerts, this compact bit of kit can play music, check the weather and control other smart devices throughout your home.View Deal

Display: 16 inches
Processor: Intel Core i9
RAM: 16GB
Storage: 1TB

If display quality is just as important to you as power, then strongly consider this Asus Vivobook deal at Currys. It comes with a large and high-end OLED screen that offers a clear and sharp image, whether you’re working on documents or streaming your favourite TV shows. Specs are impressive elsewhere, too, including a modern Intel Core i9 CPU, 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD for storage that all ensure excellent overall performance, great multitasking capabilities and speedy load times.View Deal

Enjoy instant cinema-quality audio with this sound bar from LG, which is now a massive £700 off at Currys. With its 5.1.3 channel setup (including a wireless subwoofer and rear speakers), a whopping 580W power output, and premium Dolby Atmos support, you get a more immersive experience at a much lower price than normal.View Deal

Display – 15.6 inches
Processor – Intel Core Ultra 7
RAM – 16GB
Storage – 512GB

This is a fantastic price for one of the latest Samsung laptops with a modern Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 16GB of RAM, a crisp 15.6-inch AMOLED display, and several other top-spec components. At a whopping £650 off, this is a great price for a laptop that’s tailor-made for powerful performance and industry-leading battery life of up to 31 hours. Storage feels a bit stingy at 512GB, but this is still a particularly strong option if you want the flexibility to move the screen around into tablet mode, too.View Deal

The Ninja Luxe Café is a professional-level coffee machine with a whopping number of different grind settings, and many smart features elsewhere, too. You can keep your coffee warm after it’s brewed, while there are 9 bars of pressure to get your coffee just how you like it to taste. A burr grinder provides the perfect consistency, and a clean function saves you from plenty of hassle. This is a chance to grab it for a great price in the Boxing Day sales.View Deal

There’s a solid £130 off this version of the Dyson Airwrap i.d at Currys, which brings this game-changing styling gadget down to a great low price. This bundle boasts a tapering and parallel auto-wrap barrel, for different curl looks, and includes a button to launch an automated curl sequence that takes all the effort out of styling.View Deal

Here’s a mid-range espresso machine knocked down to an entry-level price. The Magnifica Start is an excellent bean-to-cup espresso machine from De’Longhi, and this version has a removable milk carafe and one-touch drink making, so it’s super-easy to use.View Deal

A clear party piece if there ever was one, this PerfectDraft Beer Dispenser connects up to compatible 6-litre kegs of your favourite tipple and pours them like you were just down the pub. The convenient LCD screen shows how much is left and when the beer or cider is at the right temperature, while its compact design and dishwasher-safe components mean it’s easy to store and clean.View Deal

Amazon’s best-selling Echo Dot is down to under £30 at Currys – an OK offer, but far from the previous record-low of £21.99. Nevertheless, the Echo Dot offers an improved audio experience, plus a new temperature sensor and all the handy features from Alexa, like playing music, answering questions, and checking the weather completely hands-free. As far as a cheap and cheerful smart speaker goes, it’s one of the better options out there.View Deal

This is a terrific price for a PS5 Digital Edition console and one that firmly takes it into prime gifting and impulse purchase territory. It’s easily one of the best PS5 deals we’re likely to see all year if you’re shopping for the console in this year’s sales. It has everything you need to get started – just be aware there’s no disc drive, so you’ll need to buy all games digitally.View Deal

The latest version of the standard Kindle is on sale now at Currys. It’s a basic ereader, but it still boasts a four-week battery life and space for thousands of books. Given it’s at least £60 cheaper than the Paperwhite, this is clearly a better pick for the infrequent reader who’s after a more budget-friendly option.View Deal

If you’re looking for a small-sized budget display, you can’t get much better than this Hisense 43-inch 4K TV that’s on sale for £199 at Currys – a record-low price. The Hisense A6Q sports 4K Ultra HD resolution support, a direct-lit LED array for respectable brightness and contrast, and Dolby Vision HDR for superior colours. Access to all of your favourite streaming apps is just a button press away, too. All of this for a little under £200? Bargain.View Deal

I’ll say upfront that you shouldn’t expect a cinematic wonderland from an HD TV at this size and price (although it does support HDR, which is nice), but what I really rate here is that it’s just a simple smart TV at a great price. The Freely TV interface is easy to use, intuitive, and supports all the key streaming services. So, if you want a small TV that does the job and has all the smart viewing options you could want to watch your favourite shows and movies, here it is.View Deal

The latest version of Sony’s Bravia 8 is an incredible OLED TV that boasts some of the best picture quality to date, according to our review. The display was only released this year and this is the biggest discount yet. Sure, it’s still quite the investment, but you do get a picture quality that’s bright, vivid, and detailed, with strong in-built sound as well. It’s perhaps not the best pick for gamers, though, given it lacks some features compared to the competition.View Deal

You can get Dyon’s best-selling V11 vacuum for £299 in the latest sale at Currys. The V11 nails the basics, offering strong suction and excellent manoeuvrability. Information is displayed on an LCD screen that shows exactly how long you have left before the battery runs out in the current power mode. View Deal

One of the best budget air fryer deals available at Currys right now is this heavily reduced Tefal Easy Fry. It’s a decent-sized 8.3L model that’s almost at the same price as smaller 5-litre options I’ve seen at other retailers. We haven’t personally reviewed this model at TechRadar, but it’s from a trusted brand, and it’s down to the lowest price I’ve seen all year.View Deal

Display – 13 inches
Processor – Apple M2
RAM – 16GB
Storage – 256GB

This version of the older MacBook Air M2 with 16GB of RAM is down to a new low price at Currys. Even though we’re up to the MacBook M4 now, this version with the M2 chip remains an excellent all-rounder, especially for day-to-day tasks such as browsing the internet and word processing, and it also has the power for more demanding creative and productivity tasks. Ultimately, you’ll struggle to find a better value Apple laptop than this right now.View Deal

There’s a solid £100 discount on the newest iPad Air with the M3 chip at Currys, matching the Black Friday price. This model was a somewhat surprising update, given that the M2 version only just launched last year, but both devices are around the same price, so you may as well get the newer version. As well as that more powerful chip, the latest iPad Air boasts a crisp Liquid Retina display, 128GB of storage as standard, 12MP front and back cameras, and support for Apple Intelligence AI features.View Deal

The Nespresso Vertuo Pop is one of the best entry-level coffee machines around, with its convenient one-touch brewing system that can easily heat up in just 30 seconds. Use it with the pods included and it does all the hard work for you, with the option of different brew sizes depending on how much you want to drink. This is a bargain buy on Currys in the Boxing Day sales.View Deal

Shark makes some of the best value and most powerful vacuum cleaners on the market, and this is a terrific option for pet owners. I can’t praise these vacuums enough for the Anti-Hair Wrap tech that has saved me so much time unclogging the brush roll compared to my old vacuum. Flexology tech makes it a good option for reaching under furniture, and this PowerPro Pet version includes useful accessories to tackle stubborn dirt and pet hair.View Deal

Display – 14 inches
Processor – Intel Core Ultra 7
RAM – 32GB
Storage – 1TB

For a premium option, I recommend this Asus Zenbook 14 OLED at AO. This is a powerful machine that boasts a high-end Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, a performance-boosting 32GB of RAM and a large 1TB SSD. You also get a slick 14-inch OLED display that ensures a bright and sharp picture for regular use or for when you want to stream your favourite shows at the end of the day.View Deal

This deal knocks a solid £300 off the Hisense U7Q Mini-LED TV, which brings the TV with a lot to offer down to a record-low price. The U7Q supports Dolby Vision and HDR10 Plus formats for more vivid colours and a sharper image, while 4K 144Hz and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro are available for smooth and responsive gaming. There aren’t many TVs on the market that come with these features at this kind of price point, so this is a deal worth checking out. View Deal

Display – 15.6 inches
Processor – Intel Core i3
RAM – 8GB
Storage – 512GB

Now that Amazon’s crazy offer on the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 has sold out, one of your next best options if you want a cheap Windows laptop is this HP OmniBook 5 at Currys. It’s fairly basic, with an Intel i3 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, but that’s enough to handle everyday use and light work comfortably. As well as a solid 13 hours of battery life, the 512GB of storage at this size is a nice inclusion.View Deal

Display – 14 inches
Processor – Intel Core Ultra 5
RAM – 16GB
Storage – 512GB

This is a great price for a powerful and flexible mid-range laptop with some surprisingly high-end features. The Core Ultra 5 processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD ensure speedy and responsive performance for everyday use. It’s the 14-inch OLED screen that’s a real highlight, though, giving you a sharper and brighter image that’s great for just general tasks or when watching shows and movies.View Deal

Display – 14 inches
Processor Intel Core 3
RAM – 8GB
Storage – 256GB

This updated version of the Asus Chromebook Plus offers an impressive amount of power for the price. It includes 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core 3 processor, boosting performance, boot times and load times. There’s also a decent 256GB of storage for the price, and battery life is excellent at 12 hours on a single charge. That’s more than enough to last a full working day. At a little under £250, it’s a bargain for school or college, or just as a home laptop that you use for light use and everyday tasks.View Deal

Ninja’s space-saving air fryer is back to the same price we saw during Black Friday at Currys. We love the popular and well-rated appliance at TechRadar, scoring it full marks in our Ninja Double Stack Air Fryer review and even giving it a place in our best air fryer buying guide. Well-built and great-looking on any countertop, it offers five cooking levels across two drawers and two racks, while the large 7.2L capacity is ideal for large families.View Deal

If you’re shopping for a reasonably-sized and budget gaming monitor, this is a solid price for an affordable option from the top brand AOC. Key features include its 27-inch curved panel, 1080p resolution support, high 280Hz refresh rate, low 0.3ms response time, and HDMI 2.0 / DP 1.4 compatibility.View Deal
