The answers to today’s Strands, game #625, are…

  • SCRAMBLED
  • JUMBLED
  • CHAOTIC
  • SHUFFLED
  • MUDDLED
  • SPANGRAM: OUTOFORDER
  • My rating: Hard
  • My score: Perfect

This game was all about how many different words you could think of that are OUTOFORDER, although I’ll admit I was pretty confused myself at the beginning.

After getting SCRAMBLED first I thought the kind of “all mixed up” we were looking for was connected to cooking, but I soon changed my mind after connecting the letters of JUMBLED and CHAOTIC.

Then, after getting SHUFFLED, I managed to see the spangram. All in all I’m amazed I didn’t use a hint.

Yesterday’s NYT Strands answers (Monday, November 17, game #624)

  • GUIDE
  • SERVICE
  • GUARD
  • HERDING
  • THERAPY
  • RESCUE
  • SPANGRAM: WORKINGDOGS
