It’s a small thing, but it makes life so much easier. The big benefit of this is that it’s just less to think about. I throw it in my bag with a couple of USB-C cables (and my Apple Watch charger) and I’m good for staying juiced up anywhere, no planning required. And it’s great for work travel, since I can quickly charge two things at once without needing to find two outlets in places where it can be hard enough to find one.
It also means that in another country, I only need to take one travel adapter with me, again saving space.
It would be patently ridiculous to say that this thing has changed my life or anything, but… well, I travel a lot, so it kind of has, even if just a little bit. It removes stress, which is what tech upgrades are really supposed to be doing in our lives.
If I lost mine, I wouldn’t go back to using a couple of the single-port chargers I have lying around; I’d be straight online to buy a replacement.
