Dyson has been running early Black Friday deals since early November, but as we enter the home straight the big discounts are starting to appear. My pick of the discounts is the V15s Detect Submarine for $749.99 (was $1,049.99) at Dyson. That’s $100 cheaper than it was last week, and a new lowest-ever price on this cleaner, according to my records.

The V15s Detect Submarine is an ingenious 2-in-1 machine that can suck dust from your carpets, and mop your hard floors too. It’s essentially a V15 (one of the best Dyson vacuum cleaners), with an extra mopping floorhead bundled in. It’s ideal for smaller homes like mine, because it means you don’t have to make space for an extra appliance.

Today’s best Dyson V15s Detect Submarine Black Friday deal
Last week, there was a very decent $200 discount on the V15s, but Dyson has bumped up the deal for Black Friday week and now it’s at a new lowest-ever price, with a full $300 off list price. You’re getting some seriously advanced vacuuming tech, plus the convenience of that mopping option.View Deal
Because it’s based on the Dyson V15, expect incredibly strong suction and a plethora of advanced cleaning features. This vacuum can detect particles on the floor and adjust suction to clear them efficiently. In fact, I’ll even report back on exactly what it’s sucking up as it does so, via a colorful moving bar graph on its screen, so you can see when a patch of floor is clear and you can move on.
As my teammate commented in our Dyson V15s Detect Submarine review, the mopping is great for small cleanups, although you will need to be extra careful not to spill dirty water when removing the mop head.

The WashG1 is Dyson’s only dedicated wet floor cleaner, and it has had a $200 price cut in the Black Friday sales. There’s no vacuum component, but the mop is essentially a more advanced version of the mop head you’ll get with the V15s. There are larger, more secure water tanks and it’s designed to separate solid and liquid mess.
