Black Friday Samsung deals: our five favourite early offers on phones, TVs, tablets and more

Black Friday is still a few weeks away, but that’s not stopping Aussie retailers getting stuck into the deal action – and the official Samsung Black Friday sale has already dropped some early offers on some of the Korean brand’s best products.

Officially kicking off on November 28 and ending with Cyber Monday on December 1, Black Friday is a great time to pick up substantial savings on big-ticket items. It’s also a good opportunity to get your Christmas gift shopping done early and at discounted prices, with plenty of time to spare before the holidays.

Of course, that makes Black Friday one of the best times to upgrade to a new phone too. Many of the best Android phones are often down hundreds from their regular prices – and Samsung is proving that true weeks out from the big day.

Right now, you can get up to AU$2,500 off some of the electronics giant’s best devices. Currently, this includes the all-new Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and S10 FE tablets, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 foldable phone and one of the best TVs in the Samsung Q90F.

Samsung Australia’s early Black Friday deals lets you save on all kinds of upgrades – whether you’re looking for a new phone, need a better TV to watch The Ashes on, or have decided it’s finally time to grab that versatile tablet you’ve been wanting.

If you already own a Samsung device, you can save an extra 5% by checking out with Samsung Pay. And, if you find the same product for less at a qualifying retailer – up to 14 days after purchasing – the Samsung Price Promise will match the price and refund the difference.

Our five favourite Black Friday Samsung deals

You won’t see us hand out five-star scores very often, but that’s exactly what this TV earned in our Samsung S95F review, in which we called it “easily one of 2025’s best OLED TVs”. It sits comfortably within our guide to the best TVs in Australia, as its incredibly vibrant screen is excellent for even the brightest of rooms, thanks in part to a rather genius anti-glare coating. Plus, its extensive gaming features make it versatile all-round entertainment machine. You’ll save AU$2,500 on the 77- and 83-inch models, and the 65-inch is also down AU$1,800 to AU$3,499. Weighing up whether you want to commit to a tablet or just upgrade your handset? You could opt for the new Galaxy Z Fold 7 instead. While you’ll pay a little more compared to a Tab S11 or S25 Ultra, the Z Fold 7 truly offers the best of both worlds. It features an 8.3-inch unfolded display and a design that’s even lighter than the S25 Ultra (and almost as thin). It also gets the same 200MP camera as the latter. We called it “nearly perfect” in our Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 review, and this is a hefty discount considering it only dropped at the end of July. View Deal

Having only launched in September, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is so new that we haven’t even had the chance to fully review it yet. We did get a small amount of hands-on time with this premium tablet, though, and we came away impressed. Not just with its sheer size, thin design and intelligent drawing capabilities, but its AI smarts and ability as a productivity machine too. We didn’t expect to see such a significant discount so early, so this pre-Black Friday price drop is certainly a welcome surprise. View Deal

This isn’t quite the best deal we’ve seen on the Galaxy S25 – that goes to the AU$899.10 price provided by an exclusive code we saw on Samsung in September – but it’s still a great price for an outstanding phone. Perfect for those who want a slightly smaller screen while still retaining flagship power, looks and cameras, the S25 is an excellent all-rounder. In our Samsung Galaxy S25 review, my colleague called its performance and speed ‘incredible’ and also applauded its battery life and premium design. This AU$400 discount brings it into the realm of the best mid-range phones, and you won’t find much that can compete at AU$999.View Deal

Want a tablet, but don’t quite need the Tab S11 Ultra’s massive near 15-inch display or power? The Galaxy Tab S10 FE might be just what you’re after. Performance wise, we didn’t think it quite matched the M3 iPad Air in our Galaxy Tab S10 FE review, but this deal makes it AU$200 cheaper than its main competitor. Perfect for reading and watching by the pool or in the bath thanks to its waterproof build, it offers a fantastic display and comes with an S Pen for even greater versatility.View Deal

How to pick the right Samsung phone for your needs

Once you’ve settled on getting a Samsung, the next big question is price. Samsung’s top-end phones are serious investments, often carrying a price tag higher than even the most expensive iPhone. Make sure you’re not paying a premium for features you’ll never touch.

Think about what you really need. Is the S Pen a must-have? It’s more than a basic stylus – it’s also a handy Bluetooth remote – but it also adds to the cost. What about a foldable phone? While it can replace your tablet, a “fold” will likely cost you more than buying a regular phone and a tablet combined.

After you’ve set a budget, pause before you buy. Samsung phones go on sale relatively frequently. We see great deals every Black Friday, but you can also find trade-in offers, free earbud bundles, and other discounts at various times of the year.

What makes Samsung stand out from other Android phones?

Samsung has a major edge: it makes many of its own best-in-class hardware components, from the sharpest displays and fastest memory to the processors. The company uses these top-tier parts for its own Galaxy phones, which is why their quality is so consistent.

Compared to other Android brands, Samsung also has a clear lead in customer support, offering the most robust service. If you (or life) happen to break your phone, Samsung has a well-established track record and many different options for getting it fixed.
