That’s the cheapest I’ve ever seen this great-looking premium coffee maker, and beats Amazon’s current price by miles.
The Smeg Mini Pro isn’t discounted in the US (yet), but I’ve found a great deal on the Philips LatteGo 4400 Series, which is just $799.50 (was $1199.99) at Amazon US.

I’ve tested 14 coffee machines in the last year alone, and this chic Smeg machine is one of my favorites. Not only does it look stunning, it also brews consistently great coffee, with a reliable boiler and a pump that sustains steady pressure every time. Don’t let the ‘Pro’ name intimidate you, either – it’s a piece of cake to use, and will be hard to beat this Amazon Prime Day.

The only reason the Smeg Mini Pro doesn’t currently feature in my roundup of the best espresso machines is its price, which is usually pretty steep. You’re getting a beautifully engineered espresso machine here that will be a real conversation-starter in your kitchen and a pleasure to use every morning, but £1,400 is a lot of money.
