Here are all the games you can play on Oculus Quest and Quest 2

Share

The Oculus Quest 2 and Oculus Quest share a huge library of VR games and apps that both can access — over 200 as of 2021. We narrowed down the list to the best Oculus Quest 2 games and the best Quest 2 media apps (all playable on the Quest), but we’re maintaining this list of all Oculus Quest games so you can find hidden gems or new experiences and form your own opinions! We’ll also watch for any confirmed or rumored future titles to keep an eye on so you’ll always have access to the latest VR games and apps from Oculus.

Note: Oculus began adding indie games to the Oculus Store through its App Lab program, but these aren’t “officially released” Oculus Quest games. So we’ve gathered every App Lab game available for Oculus Quest 2 on a separate page.

Coming soon

Get to gaming!

The Oculus Quest 2 has hundreds of games and apps available, and its library grows just about every week. These titles range from melee combat to shooters to nightmare-inducing horror games. For more specific recommendations, be sure to check our list of the best Oculus Quest 2 games, where we broke them down into different categories: shooters, music and rhythm, exercise, multiplayer, action, horror, family-friendly, puzzles and relaxation, and Oculus Link games.

After looking through all the Oculus Quest games available, figuring out where to start can be overwhelming, so we suggest going with Beat Saber — easily the most popular game on any VR headset. Its easy game mechanics mean anyone can jump in and start playing right away, but its range of difficulty levels and variety of songs will keep even the most skilled veterans engaged. Plus, they recently added multiplayer for a more social (or competitive) experience, and you can even add custom songs for free if you get bored with the paid ones.

Our next suggestion would be Echo VR, which is unique, immersive, and a blast to play. In a 360-degree, zero-gravity arena, you must reach the enemy goal and toss in the disc by leaping from object to object and dodging enemy attacks. Free to play with a big player base and excellent graphics, it’s another solid place to start.

Then, of course, there’s Superhot VR, which took the world by storm even before it became a VR title. In it, time moves when you do, so you must carefully navigate levels full of enemy bullets and dodge them all while taking out foes. You can go exactly as slow or as fast as you want, and you’ll feel like Neo as you carefully move through attacks. It’s even a decent workout, as you contort your body to survive.

While we do our best to make sure every game available at launch arrives on this list, we don’t always catch them all. We aren’t Ash Ketchum. We will continue to update this as and when we can to make sure it is as up-to-date as possible.
