Usually selling for $1,000, this latest sale is bringing the price of the MacBook Air down from $1,000 to $800. That’s a savings of over $200, or 20%. For this new low price, you’re getting a MacBook Air configured with 8GB of RAM, a 13-inch display, and 256GB of solid-state drive storage. Please note, though, this model is not to be confused with the newest M1 MacBook Air, which isn’t on sale and starts at $1,000.
Still, this Intel-based MacBook Air is still a great machine. Under the hood of the laptop is the 10th generation Intel Core i3 processor. Compared to Apple’s other MacBooks, this is one of the thinnest and lightest Macs you can buy. It is plenty portable at just 0.6 inches thick and 2.8 pounds. Which means, it compares closely to Windows laptops, like the XPS 13, as well as the ThinkPad X1 Carbon. This all means the MacBook Air is the perfect travel companion, no matter where you go, or how you work or school.
