Grab a budget 4K TV with Vizio’s 50-inch smart TV on sale for $290

The Vizio V505-H19 50-inch 4K smart TV has dropped to $289.99 at Costco. This is Vizio’s 2020 entry-level 4K TV, so it’s already down to as low a price as is possible for a TV like this. That price is usually $300, though, and right now Costco is giving you a chance to save even more. This TV has not gone on sale before, either, so today’s drop is a brand new way to save.

Despite being built for people on a budget, the Vizio V505-H19 is still loaded with the sort of features you’d expect from a far more advanced TV. Not only does it have 4K resolution, it’s also equipped with the ability to upscale non-4K content. The Vizio IQ Active processor will always ensure you have the best possible picture. This includes active pixel tuning for brightness adjustments that will increase the picture accuracy and contrast. You’ll also be able to take advantage of the HDR support for great HDR content. It supports HDR10+ and HLG formats.

Do you plan on using the Vizio for gaming? If you’re hooking up an Xbox or PlayStation gaming console, you can use Auto Game Mode for super low input lag. The V-Gaming Engine ensures you can game in style. It doesn’t hurt that the TV has a 120 Dynamic Motion Rate, too.

Take advantage of the smart functionality to do more with your TV. It comes with Vizio SmartCast built in. The smart platform puts all your favorite apps and plenty of other content right on the screen in a convenient location. You’ll be able to access apps like Netflix and YouTube with the push of a button using either the included smart remote or the SmartCast mobile app.

Plus, the TV can integrate with your smart home whether you use Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple HomeKit. Check on your security cameras, control the lights, or just navigate the TV all with just your voice. With Apple AirPlay and Chromecast built in, you can load up shows or videos on your phone and send them to your TV really easily.
