A sequel to one of the hottest PS4 exclusives is making its way to Sony’s next-gen console.

- After months of rumors, Horizon Zero Dawn 2 has officially been revealed.
- It will be called Horizon Forbidden West.
- A launch date was not announced.
Sony and Guerrilla Games officially revealed Horizon Forbidden West during the company’s PlayStation 5 “Future of Gaming” event. This comes after months of speculation that the title was in the works after a job listing indicated as much and a report came out that stated Guerrilla Games was planning a trilogy for the series.

Horizon Forbidden West follows Aloy after the events of the first game, where despite her best efforts at destroying HADES, it appeared to still be alive.
Guerrilla did not announced when players will be able to get their hands on Horizon Forbidden West.
