You just can’t look away from an Apple event.

It doesn’t matter what kind of phone, tablet or computer you use; if you’re a technology enthusiast, you pay attention to an Apple event. On Monday, June 22, we have a chance to see yet another with Apple’s WWDC opening keynote. And this one’s a little different, because it’s only being livestreamed, with no audience. That means we’re all at home, watching together on the same feed.

Come get your twice-yearly dose of Apple news.

Much like Google I/O, WWDC is focused on providing developers with information on how they can make apps and services that work with Apple’s platforms — but the opening keynote often focuses on big consumer-facing features. This year we’re expecting to get a layout of what’s coming in iOS 14 (the next iPhone software), but also the tablet-specific changes to iPadOS, watchOS and of course macOS. And there are always a few little surprises along the way.

To follow along with all of the keynote’s happenings, and coverage of iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7 and macOS 10.16, you’ll want to follow iMore’s WWDC 2020 homepage for updates throughout the day. And while the keynote itself is going on, June 22 starting at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET, iMore will be running a Discord chat with a mix of staff providing their realtime responses to the announcements and the rest of you following along with your takes.

Naturally we’ll have all of our reactions from the Google and Android perspective right here on Android Central, so you can see how all of Apple’s announcements stack up against what we’re used to using every day.
