Big screen phone fans will want to take notice of Umidigi’s latest smartphone, the Power. The same could be said of those who like large batteries in their handset. Indeed, the Umidigi Power boasts a 6.3-inch display and a 5,150mAh battery.
Set to go on sale on April 22, the Umidigi Power follows closely on the heels of the S3 Pro and F1 Play. And, if those two were any indication, this one ought to be quite an affordable device.
- Umidigi S3 Pro goes on sale for $280
- Umidigi F1 Play kicks off its global sale
The front side of the Umidigi Power offers up a 6.3-inch display with a waterdrop cutout with a 16-megapixel camera. Around back is a pair of cameras in the form of a 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel shooter. The narrow bezel and 2.5D curved glass are aesthetically appealing and lead to a 92.7% screen:body ratio.
Internally, the phone houses a MediaTek Helio P35 (up to 2.3GHz) processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage space. A microSD expansion card slot provides up to 256GB worth of external media. The generous 5,150mAh battery allows for up to 18W fast charging.
Other specifications for the Umidigi Power includes NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, USB C, 3.5mm headphone jack, and fingerprint reader. And, perhaps most importantly, it offers support for a wide array of 4G bands.
