Privacy group says Washington cyberbullying law is censoring instead

Anti-cyberbullying laws are noble, but attempting to punish online speech is tough. Digital rights group Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) claimed that Washington states anti-cyberbullying legislation goes too far — and ends up censoring speech instead.
