tile-hero-shot-blackThe popular app/bluetooth-powered item locator Tile is now available on the Google Play store after a campaign to hire more Android Engineers was started by the California-based company at the start of the fall.

The app, which has gained a large, satisfied following since its iOs debut, allows you to locate things, like your wallet, keys, or even remote control by connecting to your phone or tablet via bluetooth. The chip will work from within 100 feet, which means nearly anywhere in your house is in range. If you are searching and still having issues finding it, you can have the tile let off a sound to help you locate it. If you think you lost your purse or wallet at a restaurant, you can look at your phone and locate the last place your device spoke to the tile and start your search in the right direction.

Up to 8 tiles can be used per device, and anyone with the app can help your locate your phone, so if you have a group of folks willing to help, locating anything should be a cinch. To buy Tiles, follow this link
