You may remember the Neon Glow icon pack that we reviewed a few months back, and you’ll probably remember that Samer Zayer, is at it again with another blacked out offering, this time called the Neonex icon pack. Much like Neon Glow, the icons have a black background, but the circular icons have a glowing border and glowing icon symbol that gives the distinct effect of a neon light.
