Verizon to offer Google Music All Access subscriptions in monthly Statements [Rumor]

Share

Google Music All Access VerizonThe rumor is pretty straight forward. Apparently Google is in talks with Verizon to offer Google Music All Access, the streaming music side of Google Music with a monthly fee, as a monthly billable item that they can charge to their Verizon account. It isn’t all that far-fetched to consider it as a truth. Billing your purchases to your phone bill instead of your credit/debit card is nothing new. Heck, you get 6 months free All Access if you buy a new DROID on Verizon right now.

It would be a good move for Google since Verizon is still the largest carrier in the U.S. It would garner more subscribes that don’t have credit or debit cards, those that don’t like to have those things on file or those that just plain us cash. Of course it would help Verizon’s customers suck down more data too. To bad they can’t seem to strike a deal for Google Wallet.
