Wallpapers are a great way to keep your device looking fun, fresh and different. Whether or not you like photos of your kids, dog, nature or a custom design that blends well with your home screen look. We all change our wallpapers often. The Play Store is littered with great apps that offer tons of various wallpaper styles and functionality. One of my personal favorites is PicSpeed. It has been around forever and gives you a ton of great options. A new wallpaper app of sorts has recently been released from 1spire, Inc. called bitmado.
Bitmado is a simple and easy way to have your devices wallpapers change with little to no effort from yourself. SImply install the free app, check out the handy little tutorial and login with your Facebook account. Yes, that last bit will strike a nerve with many of you. You don’t have to though, you can use it as a guest, but you lose the functionality of upvoting, down voting, bumping and a limited number of wallpapers. So you really do need to login to enjoy it to the fullest.
Where it gets pretty cool is the ability upload your own wallpapers to the mix. As people find them and upvote them, they start getting shuffled in the mix on everyones devices that uses the app. Assuming they choose your image category as one that they like. The app is well designed and gives you enough control to have something new and different with minimal effort. With categories like Abstract, Patterns, Scenic, Anime, Moto X and plenty more, you are sure to find a set that you can enjoy and you can mix in a bunch of styles to rotate through.
The app is free to snag and if you don’t mind the Facebook forced login aspect to gain the full features of the app, then you might want to give it a shot. So far it seems to have a pretty good selection.
