Sprinkle has long been a favorite of ours on any platform, and today we get a whole new game to play through with the launch of Sprinkle Islands for iOS. Fans of the original will feel right at home, as the familiar water shooting, fire extinguishing action returns for another turn.
Beyond all new levels in all new settings, Sprinkle Islands has a scrolling element to it too; you put out a couple of fires, and your wagon starts rolling on down to the next one. Additionally, you have to manually do certain things like push buttons, push boulders and such to help move your little fire truck through the level. We’ve been playing it for a short time now and we’re impressed. Look out for a full review later on today, but if you just can’t wait then grab a copy from the App Store right now.
