Locket pays users for unlocking their smartphone

Ads are always annoying, especially when you have to go through them while using a free app. Having an ad on your lockscreen every time you turn your phone on? More annoying, right? What if someone were to pay you for those ads? Doesn’t sounds so bad, does it?

A new app known as Locket will display advertisements on your Android phone lockscreen. When the display is turned on, the user can swipe left to see a photo ad or watch a movie trailer or the user can swipe right if he/she has no interest in watching the ad.

UntitledOf course the app is not going to make you a millionaire. Viewing an ad will earn you just a penny, and the limit is 3 cents per hour, or roughly 50 cents per day. So in one month, you will be making hardly $14. Of course its a great start and something ‘innovative’ but lets see how well the app works as we would love to look forward to some reviews from the users and experts. Also we might be coming up with a review as well.

The beta version is available in the Google Play Store, are you willing to give it a try? If yes then don’t forget to share your experience with us in the comment box below.
