In a nutshell we show you a new look for your Android handset and tell you which apps you’ll need if you want to mimic the feel. Some of these are a little easier to create than others and many of them can be tweaked to no end. The following details are but the ingredients to which you can create your own delicious Android dish; your results will vary. Which is awesome!

WHY WE LOVE THIS LOOK:
Look, we’re not above saying that some of the other platforms have a few features and details that work well. With that in mind, the Metro/tiles from Windows Phone can be pretty cool when done right.
Those of you who like to mix up icons and widgets might appreciate the way in which this design features both. Once in place, it’s very easy to move things around and play with the overall feel.
We appreciate that there are not too many apps to install here and that the design doesn’t cost a penny! Well, that is provided you don’t donate to developers. Nevertheless, these free apps can be used in a myriad of ways to tweak our home screens.
