You would find the Xperia Z to be a tough phone. The most important features of this phone is it 1.5 GHz quad-core processor. The primary camera has an Exmor R sensor, this helps in clicking pictures even in low light. Sony is stating that this camera is as good as a Sony cyber shot.

It has the android v4.12 jelly bean as its operation system. Xperia Z also has virtual surround sound speakers on both sides other than the support for NFC and LTE. The sound is as good as you would find in any Walkman manufactured by Sony. You would find Xperia Z to be quite fast with its 2 GB of Ram. The screen of the Sony Xperia Z is of 5inches, diagonal in shape and is a HD screen. But it’s a delight to watch as Sony has used its Bravia Engine2 with its sharp 1080p display. Its battery has a 2,400mAh high capacity and is inbuilt in the handset, gives a stand by time auto 530 hours approx.; it also gives 40 hours of music play.

The question arises why are the Sony Xperia Z referred to as the tough phone?

1. This is because the Sony Xperia Z has shatter proof back and front. Dragon tail glass is used on the front and you would find that gorilla glass is user for the rear in the Xperia Z. These provide the Sony Xperia Z not only toughness but also a slim look.

2. The body of this smartphone is made up of a mixture of glass-fiber polyamide. You would find this kind of material to be used as a substitution of a metal mainly in the car industry. Thus it makes this phone to be a light and tough one. This is what makes this phone light in weight and gives it incredible strength.
