Archos today announced a trio of Android-powered smartphones for the European market which arrive starting in May. Powered by stock versions of Android, the 35 Carbon, 50 Platinum, and 53 Platinum are ultra-affordable, dual-SIM handsets. If you’re the type of user who doesn’t need high-end hardware or something from a name brand OEM, these Archos could be your next Android. We’ve warmed to their Android tablets over the years so we suspect the smartphone offerings might be worth their price.
