Have you been to the Google I/O 2013 signup page lately? No… like today. It might look the same as it did a week ago but a closer inspection reveals the site has clickable components.
Tap the ‘I’ or the ‘O’ in the right manner and you’ll find that the site opens up an “experiment”. For instance, tap IOOIOOOO and you’ll unlock the BACON page. While these are not necessarily productive or particularly special, it’s a fun way to spend the time as we wait for the registration page to go live. The sounds effects are quite fun; we’re partial to the crunching burger and eight bit.
Google I/O runs from May 15-17, 2013 and registration starts at 7AM PST (10:00AM EST) on March 13. How many of you will be glued to the PC next week, trying to throw $900 at your screen?
