Samsung will be bringing flexible display technology to CES to show proof-of-concept ideas to press and attendees. There will be a 5.5-inch display as well as a 55-inch TV-sized display on exhibit, according to CNET.

This isn’t the first time Samsung will have shown off the technology; 2011 saw Samsung demo a 4.4-inch flexible screen.  That said, we’re very curious to see what advancements have been made over the previous twelve months.

Attendees will get to see a 5.5-inch flexible screen intended for smartphone use, with a 1,280×720-pixel HD resolution and a 267 pixel density. In addition, the team will also show off a television-size 55-inch screen. – CNET

Samsung will reportedly introduce unbreakable display technologies in future Galaxy models, according to one analyst. Rumor has it that the Galaxy S4 or Galaxy S5 will feature this next-gen screen.
